Q: What are your business hours?
A: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm CST, Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. Customer pick up hours Monday – Friday 8 am – 4 pm. We are closed on federal holidays.
Q: Do you offer high volume discounts?
Volume discounts are determined by the total number of balloons ordered on each individual order, regardless of balloon’s size.
This includes the total overall number of balloons ordered, not the amount ordered by individual balloon style.
Note: 18” packaged assortments and 4”-14” pre-inflated balloons do not apply toward volume discounts.
1. Order between 0-200 foil balloons, receive list price.
2. Order between 201-600 foil balloons, receive 3% off list price.
3. Order between 601-1200 foil balloons, receive 6% off list price
4. Order 1200 or more balloons, receive 9% off list price.
The correct volume discount price of each balloon is automatically calculated on your final invoice based upon the total
number of foil balloons on your order.
Latex balloon discounts are determined by the total dollar amount of latex balloons on each order.
Discount tier pricing does NOT apply to heavy duty latex.
1. Order between $0-$249, receive published pricing
2. Order between $250-$499 of latex balloons, receive a 10% discount on the latex balloon total.
3. Order $500 or more of latex balloons, receive a 15% discount on the latex balloon total.
Q: How does shipping work?
A: Orders placed before 2:00p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00p.m. are shipped the following business day.
Orders are shipped via ground service unless otherwise specified. Current Fed Ex Ground Service Rates apply. Delivery days are based on the number of business days (not including Saturday and Sunday). A minimum freight charge of $5.00 will apply.
Overnight, Saturday, Second Day AM, Priority shipping are also available at an additional charge.
Please remember that all rush delivery charges are based on dimensional weight, resulting in higher freight charges, F.O.B. Austin, Texas.
Q: When should I expect delivery of my order?
A: Once your account is approved and activated, all orders received by 2:00 pm CST will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm CST, will ship the next business day.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express®. The card holder’s name and billing address are subject to verification.
Customer Pick Up – Checks are accepted, please make payable to Hi-Rise Balloons. Return check charge is $25.00 per NSF check and/or applicable attorney fees for the cost of collection.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Orders of $250 or more receive free freight. Limited to ground shipments within the continental United States. This offer also excludes cases, imprinting, special orders, COD fees, handling fees and insurance. See our shipping information page here. (link to shipping page)
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Hi-Rise only ships within the continental United States.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, we are located at 9101 Wall Street, Suite 1080, Austin, Texas 78754. (link to google maps?) Orders can be picked up Monday through Friday, 8 am – 4 pm CST. Come by and say hello!
Q: My product has a defect, may I return it?
A: Products that are not usable due to manufacturer defects will be replaced when the merchandise is returned to our Quality Control Department. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products that have been misused will not be replaced. See our full return policy here. (link to full return policy page)
